Special thanks
 * To Denis Girou for his constant and friendly support all along
the life of a2ps. Moreover some features would have never
existed without his help and wishes.
 * To Emmanuel Briot who was the first to have the idea of
   pretty-printing support within a2ps.
 * To Franois Pinard for his advises and for the very GNUd work he
does, without which a2ps would have had another face.
 * To Juliusz Chroboczek who spent a lot of time on the integration
of Ogonkify into a2ps, and, in a general manner, to everything
that helped to cover a wider set of encodings.
 * Samuel Tardieu who gave logistic support (e.g., the mailing list)
   and programming advises.
 * Graham Jenkins who tirelessly tried to compile a2ps on a Pyramid,
helping in fixing drastically various portability problem that could
   have been met much later.
